Made for a book by the same name, published in 1997. Blue note boulevards was a collaboration between the Norwegian poet Henning Kramer Dahl and Magne Furuholmen. Where the poetry delves into the origins and history of jazz-music legends, the ambition of the visual artist was to simply compose jazz by pictorial means.
